A Blessing for health

  • May I stand steady as the mountain
  • As the rivers move through me
  • As the high desert sharpens me
  • As the turning seasons teach me
  • May the elements within me and outside of me celebrate life daily with joy and gratitude

Translating your  personal ecology

Let me help you look at your health thru the lens of nature and the ancient wisdom of classical Chinese medicine.  I trained in nature-based Neijing tradition, which treats the body as an extension of the cosmos we live in. The Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water — are not abstractions, but as much a part of you as the mountain, sun, soil, granite, and rivers that shape our daily life here in SE Idaho.

Take the Constitutional Quiz above to uncover some of the things that your body may be communicating to you.  You will receive an email with a detailed look at your personal ecology through the lens of Traditional East Asian Medicine.
