What the Constitutional Quiz Measures
The quiz is based on the Nine Constitutions framework from Chinese medicine, which describes nine body types: Balanced, Qi-deficient, Yang-deficient, Yin-deficient, Phlegm-dampness, Damp-heat, Stagnant blood, Stagnant Qi, and Inherited special. Most people lean toward one or two of these.
